Academic Council

An academic council has been formed at par with order issued by DTET to monitor all academic activities of the institute.

Students Welfare Committee

This committee has been framed to look after the welfare of the students and to organize co-curricular activities of the students and also to assist them in arranging games and sports, cultural functions or interactive sessions and publishing magazine etc.

Anti-ragging committee and Anti-Ragging squad

Ragging in all forms is strictly prohibited within the campus of the institute. Any student found involved in practicing or aiding ragging in any form will be strictly handled as per norms.

Anti ragging committee has been constituted to monitor and prevent any unpleasant incident. Anti-ragging squad has also been formed to keep constant vigilance over the students and check of all vulnerable locations within the campus.

SC-ST Cell

The cell aims to assist the students in areas where they experience difficulties. It is responsible for conducting tutorial classes and expected to communicate with them to resolve social, personal and academic issues.

Internal Complaints Committee

The committee is entitled to prevent sexual harassment of women at work place and has been constituted following the Vishaka guidelines as per provisions laid down in the “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013”. The committee will take necessary measures to prevent the incidents of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, corporal punishment of female students within the campus of the institute.

Student's Grievance-Redressal Committee

The main objective of the Grievance-Redressal Committee at this Polytechnic is to look after the students’ issues and to redress it by solving problems related to academics and administration, hence to establish synchronization between students and the Institute so as to promote them to better learning in a healthy and carefree ambience. Senior faculty members are member of this cell. They look into the difficulties faced by the students in academic and administrative matters; students can approach the members of this cell to resolve their problems. They can also use suggestion and complaint boxes to bring academic discomforts and grievances to the notice of the institute authority.
